COAST CONNECTIONS AGM – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – SATURDAY 5TH JUNE 2010
GOLD COAST HIGHWAY, TALLEBUDGERA CREEK. MEETING TO COMMENCE 11AM SHARP

IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM THE NORTH TAKE THE FIRST LEFT TURN OVER THE BRIDGE AT TALLEBUDGERA INTO THE TALLEBUDGERA RECREATION CENTRE CAR PARK. IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM THE SOUTH TURN RIGHT BEFORE GOING OVER THE BRIDGE INTO THE CAR PARK.

Please bring your own chair and picnic lunch if you wish. BBQ’s are available.

DON’T FORGET THIS IS YOUR CLUB WE NEED YOU THERE TO ENSURE THE FUTURE OF OUR CLUB.

AGM RESULTS UPDATE:
The AGM was held on a beautiful Saturday on 5 June 2010. Thanks to Judy Tucker (President) and Kim Mead (Treasurer) and other committee members for the work they have done leading up to now. We would not exist without these volunteers.

The newly elected committee is
Gayle Virgo – President
Kim Meade – Treasurer
Jo Fairfield – Committee
Jan Heath – Committee

We have decided to share the workload and involve wider participation in the organization of events therefore there is a sub-committee of volunteers who will be hosting events on a monthly rostered schedule. Thanks to Julie, Maxi, Ricky, Jan B., Ros, Di, Carol, Barbara S.
Toni and Liz will also be assisting on our Italian night and if you feel you would like to be involved in an event, just let me know.

Yearly Membership Donation Due
The yearly membership donation is only $12.00.
This $1.00 a month fee enables us to run on the smell of an oily rag and have lots of fun times together. Please send cheque or money order payable to M Meade
